I don't get why he's doing all that writing, surely he knows what happened! If he see's anything important that is worthy of remembering, pass a note to his defence lawyer.
Dunno really...have thought about it whilst watching tho and at best I came up with I reckon he’s probably writing down points being made by the prosecution that he will probably try to prove wrong by using his job description and protocol to back him up, any other excuse is just his opinion and just not good enough.

That’s just the way I look at it.” For the sake of a supposed $20 bill, he has a fire arm pointed at him, he's placed in cuffs, an attempt force in to a police car, laid on the ground and killed. Would they have treated a white guy in the same way?
The gammon on GC would put up some internet article of a white guy suffering police brutality in the US as justification that ii's just the police being the police ... The reality is that George Floyd's ethnicity was a contributing factor to how he was treated for a crime of that 'magnitude' ... no question in my mind.

So unless the defence has some kind of medical details which gf dies from then what's the point of all the opioid use talk. Without being pretty much suffocated for 9mins by the knee of a copper he simply don't die that day. Unless of course as I say they have something, which I don't think they do tbh.
He's trying to go down the heroin route. His girlfriend can't answer whether he took heroin, she said she can only speculate. Seems the defence are trying to claim George took drugs beyond the scope of what his partner was aware.
Gf could've been on bags of brown that day depending on his ceiling and most brown users know what they can handle. But again if he doesn't have a knee on his neck for 9mins he simply don't die that day. this is possibly all relevant if the defence has some proof that gfs death was caused by his drug use. Otherwise its cheap and disgusting from the defence.
