Watching the Pig cam and they are ****ing pathetic...baffling the guys head and accusing him of making them nervous...it’s like they had his number that day and we’re gonna make him react somehow and when he didn’t they just ****ing rolled with it and killed him pigs
Seeing the bodycam now, not clear what the hassle is all about, it just seems to have escalated out of all proportion.
My first instinct would be to say he's hyperventilating for some reason, he told them before they put him on the ground he couldn't breath.
Something very odd about George's behaviour when they took him from HIS car, he seemed very emotional, would drugs be doing that. Then he complained the cuffs were too tight, and it was upsetting him more. They tried to put him in the police car, but he said he was claustrophobic, forcing him in the car did not help. He then said he couldn't breath. It's like he had a major panic attack for some reason, then started to hyper.
The cop basically finished him off by putting his body weight on him. When what he really needed was medical care.
I would defo agree with that. Panic attack, then hyperventilated leading to death by the cop kneeling on him.
I could see no reason whatsoever why he is laid face down on the ground. He has his hands cuffed behind his back, he aint going anywhere, and even if he did, where would he go, he can't drive his car cuffed. They've already confirmed he's got no weapon on him, because they patted him down. Senseless.
He did and was a very good witness. If it had been in this country you could at least have gone one to one with the cop, but in America there is no such option, when you know they have a gun.
Rather than as the defence suggests, that the crowd was intimidating, I would say the opposite, that the only reason George died is because the onlookers paid too much respect to the badge. That's not a critcism of the onlookers.
The police video cam footage now on the BBC feed is very difficult to watch ... George Floyd was obviously having some form of mental trauma but at no point does he seem aggressive or threatening ... poor bastard really just needed some sympathy and reassurance ... instead he had his windpipe crushed ... I can't find anything to justify the cops reaction ... just hope the jury feels the same. Admit I feel incredibly angry at what I have just seen. RIP big fella, you did nothing to deserve that end.
Convenient the killer cops body cam 'fell' off before George hit the ground and it ended up under the car. Hence why there is not killer footage directly from the gloved cop himself. I see the store had also released a statement after todays trial, stating it is not our policy to send employee's out after people that have spent fake bills, they claim they only did so in this case because George was known to the store. That actually contradicts the cashiers account of events in court (from memory), I thought he said he had never met George before!? The stores statement also said, it does not deduct monies from cashiers for fake bills, this is just used as a deterrent. Seems to me the store is now trying to cover its arse.
It was alll a very odd carry on, certainly police training issues. One of the cop arrives at the store, an employee shows the cop the $20 bill. It hadn't been shown previously, when I was asked. The cop didn't touch or take the bill, he just asked where the person was and left the store to go towards George's vehicle across the road. Employee disappears back in store with the bill - was it ever collected for evidence, I would hope to assume so. Because George only showed one hand when the cop was at the vehicle, the cop draws his gun. I hasten to add, George did nothing wrong, so I assume the drawing of the gun in America is standard practise until they see both hands and know you are not armed. When George gets out the car he is very emotional, this was probably what draw my attention most in the situation. Cop(s) put cuffs on him, he complains they are hurting and gets more emotional. Then later when they try to get him in the back of the cop car, it all gets very silly. I'm not sure why they were so insistent that he got in the car. They should have allowed time for George to calm down, what was the hurry. This causes George to start what I call hyperventilating, obviously medics might call it something else. I assume if you are hyper, your blood and oxygen levels are all wrong, hence doing a blood choke is only going to end one way imho. Throughout this week of the trial, I've not observed any body language from the killer cop, that he is emotional in anyway about the events, even when witnesses are breaking down. Cold blooded killer.
Looking forward to another day of watching Chauvin pretend he’s writing down some important **** that’s gonna **** everyone up in the end just before he walks out a free man ****in tosser
