He’s a horse I really like but you can’t back him with any confidence. However today he travelled much better than Crosspark and that horse has more seconds than Stick at the golf club annual dinner. Fair play to the yard for targeting the best race for him and they’ve got their pay day. You wouldn’t be backing him to back it up would you?
For sure no but hey stranger things have happened.. Just chuffed for the horse...its great to see him tank along in to a race. He s been 2nd in some good races so well deserved. I wouldn't mind owning a share in him that's for sure. I mean he finished 8th in a Grand National..that alone would have been worth the investment let alone his Cheltenham exploits..would have taken you to some highs for sure.
even bridle horses win now and then , the right race today , you wouldn’t bank on him doing it nto, in fact i’d lay him all day long , he’ll be a short price , and return to his usual behaviour , glad he’s had his win , been a while ....... over 4 years , second chase win ,in 22 starts , not really a horse to be backing , as an owner , i suppose you could make it by laying him .....? ....
how weird , wins first time in over four years , would have cost followers a fortune .........,mugs horse
