    Are you sure mate ....

"Proved tonight he’s exactly what we didn’t need. Offers absolutely nothing different to what our current plodders offer.I literally have no idea what LJ’s thinking behind this signing was.."

Cracking effort again from the entire squad. Winning dirty is good. I’ve said for a while now it’s all about the 3 points. More twists and turns to come but it’s in our own hands now. So much has changed these last couple of months to be in this position now is a credit to all the staff and players and the manager. He is building a cracking attitude between the entire squad, the will to win that has been missing for so long is there now. Long may it continue. Well at least the next 10 games.

He is and I think he'll get better.
He seemed to me to be very nervous even a bit overawed when he first came.
But he's settling in and improving loads. Don't think we have seen the best of him yet.
I think the nice problem LJ has is finding that partnership that can complement each other and work together

    Nerve wracking, nail biting time!!!
We have, as has been said a pretty tough run-in. But honestly we seem to do much better against the stronger teams. Five games lost all season, and I think only one of these was against a team in the top 10!

I would have no concerns about him playing centre mid in the championship. He has all the right attributes and like you say is getting better and better.

Hull have to go to Crewe on Friday. If Crewe play like they did against us, that will be a very tough game. It took 2 worldies from Jones and Maguire for us to rescue a point down there. We will beat Oxford on Friday and set up a mouth-watering encounter with Posh on Easter Monday imo.

Always loved the Easter Weekend games. Clocks have gone forward, Sun Shining.
Can you imagine how many would have gone down to Peterborough
    Hull 76 comes to mind

Joey says they had a stonewall penalty against them not given and the officials are out to get them? Not sure what planet he lives on.

oh and apparently we paid £1.25 million for Charlie Wyke <laugh>

Pour yourself a large glass of wine - see if that helps. Even better - get someone else to do it! :emoticon-0105-wink: <bubbly>

I have no idea how they thought that was a penalty mind. Great defending by O'Nien.

It’s fab, and I’d take 1-0 in every game until the end of the season because we’d go up as Champions. Mind I’m not sure me heart would last long enough for me to be celebrating :emoticon-0140-rofl:

All I can think is that Leadbitter can’t last all of the games and needs periods of rest particularly given the amount and intensity of games puts in Winchester to offer him respite . I actually think he is showing an improvement since he arrived but still needs to offer more , probably the saving grace is that he does not give away possession very often .

It's great to be in pole position for a change after all the bollocks we've had in the last 4 year's. Enjoy.

It is, but sometimes I’m more stressed when we are in pole position. If we are also rans then you don’t sweat like a fatty in Greggs :emoticon-0127-lipss
But the stress is inherent in our Sunderland supporting lives :emoticon-0106-cryin:emoticon-0102-bigsm
