burge had not a lot to do but once again, when called on he was in the right place (most improved player, maybe?)

noticed barton's gob was going when mcfaz was taking the throw in in front of their dug out, never took his eyes off mcfaz...he did exactly what he should, ignored the thug and took the throw in.

still wish we would get it down and pass it about more when we are running the clock down, we still just boot it and wait for it coming back, otherwise i think we controlled the game pretty well.

yes, i know i was not gonna watch any more streams but we were in front, on top and they looked as likely to score as i was.

Not a great performance but 3 points is all that matters.
I'm now treating myself to a single malt whisky in honour of Barton spitting his dummy out at the end and having a go at the officials.

Really, or were Accrington just diabolical??

Peterborough had 1 shot all game against Pompey 3 games ago and won by a flukey own goal and then followed that up with a draw against Rochdale and a heavy defeat against Blackpool. I had a nosey on their forum and alot of their fans reckon they won't go up and they are very average. That was before todays match obviously

They're full of it again now, judging by the texts I've had. Have to say they been very lucky they haven't had any injuries lately as they haven't got a squad. Lose likes of szmodics or Clarke Harris and they'd be knackered.

Were just reeling them in 1 by 1, never in doubt for me that once we'd got close they'd fall like a deck of cards. Only question was... could we get close enough. 10 more to go.

We have not to lose against Hull and Peterborough... obviously wins even better

But first do the business against Oxford and see how the rival do!

    Utter bollocks.

Peterborough have won 1 game 7-0 and you are wetting you're pants? They were ****e against Portsmouth and were clinging on against a side bereft of confidence.

I honestly think we'll beat them.

Another clean sheet and the defence had to battle. Great attitude from them. I thought Mcfad was excellent and credit to him he is really stepping up. O'Nien again was superb. MoM for me though was Winchester, just. He made one mistake otherwise great, positional play was great, on the ball great, and attitude great. Watch him out of possession, he cuts off passing angles better than anyone and causes players to play a different way to what they want to.
