I have to say though that Steve wraiths done something he should've known not to. He's closely associated with the football club, so he should've known better. It's like nufc fans go out of their way to make themselves look bad and then moan like **** when pundits and the outsiders say things they don't like hearing.
I’m no t sure like. TR is a racist. People might say it’s freedom of speech but there is a line. As for SW I couldn’t care less what he does. It’s his choice. But I think he’s made a big mistake personally. We can’t condone racism in any way.
Nobody is condoning it, but the point is that if you're going to remove yourself from his channel because you oppose TR then surely you have to walk away from Newcastle United if the Saudis buy the club? If they are opposing TR being interviewed and being associated to the club then surely I shouldn't be listening to them on nufc matters defending the clubs attempts to push through the takeover?? See what I'm saying? Are they saying killing homsexuals is fine but interviewing Tommy robinson isn't? I'm confused
That’s as dumb as **** and a prime reason why you shouldn’t give this attention seeking tit the time of day. He’s full of **** anyway.
Steve wraith has dropped an absolute clanger, but he's going ahead with it despite the backlash. It's really not a good look for the club and the city which is already not looking too clever with the Saudi thing. I'm tired of all this now.
There’s one thing accepting PiF as a company owning a share in NUFC. The things to which you refer to are horrible and also shouldn’t happen. It’s wrong. But it’s another inviting a known racist who’s sole purpose is to create divide and anger. For the record I’m thinking PIF being our owners is yes slightly concerning but look around the rest of the PL. It’s the way the world turns now. Anyhow I do think that it’s an over reaction to what he’s done. Hes done it to raise his own profile and it also fits in nicely with TR own agenda. And if people don’t like it then they have an option. But they can’t as you say play the higher moral ground card.
I'm not so sure on reflection actually. I think nufc fans and myself included are making excuses to justify our selfish needs while at the very same time trying to take the moral high ground in relation to the very same kind of issue elsewhere. I'm for the 1st time reaching the conclusion that I don't want this takeover.
And that’s fine. I think we do desperately want rid of Ashley we are prepared to jump into bed with the devil. But I suppose if you can’t beat them join them? Look all the top clubs now are owned by filthy rich owners and the majority of them have made their money out of other peoples suffering. Saudi Arabia are pumping money into all sports. High profile boxing, formula 1 you name it. And their professional bodies are lapping it up. But the issue with our takeover is tainted with double standards. If PIF had approached Man City to buy them for 1.5 billion I guarantee you it would have happened last March.
I know mate I mean Chelseas owner conned his countrymen out of they're millions and left them on the breadline for example, but honestly **** this takeover man.. It reminds me of hanzle and grettle for some reason.
