That's shocking censorship of the media, I'm surprised the public aren't kicking off about it ( obviously they know the crack) It'll come back to bite the hierarchy on the arse. Shameful behaviour.

So will we. It depends on when they are made of course, but the UK has ordered over 400m.

The factory in Wales which produces AZ was on news today . I’m sure they said that they could produce 120.000 shots per HOUR . Even if they operate 16/5 rather than 24/7 , = app. 10 mill a week , surely enough to sort this country from that one plant ? Or is it all about contracts and orders , and these are destined for other countries. ? It’s all beyond me at times

No, it's more like that number a day, though the plant near Oxford can produce more I think. The capacity of the building is another thing altogether. Vaccines are not steel washers though, they take a long time to make, can go wrong, and need materials from many countries.

It's a risk making them, most fail. Therefore we need companies to take these risks, including during this pandemic with gov start up help, and still most will fail.

This is where contracts come in. If you take the chance to sign early, back up with support, and pay the rate you will get your goods. This is what the UK did, what the US did, and what the EU did not.

That is the sum of the problem which is generating all the froth.

You should be okay. Bit of tiredness perhaps.

But as long as you don't drink more than, say six cans you should be fine. Even then, you have a few days to put your affairs in order.

exactly, UK went big, and went early. we've invested in French producers that couldn't get French backing, we've pumped ****loads into R&D and led the way with procurement and actually administering the jabs. Macron has admitted as much but praised the US efforts whilst choking on the 'UK' achievements! It now looks like the remaining EU nations are lining up to stab each other in the back. This blame game will have massive repercussions down the line, already calls for Mrs. VDL to resign, it'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
