    Barton has given injury updates.

Sam Nicholson and Max Ehmer will both miss the rest of the season as they need surgery on their injuries.

Alex Rodman, Anssi Jaakkola & Ed Upson will hopefully be back before the end of the campaign.

So it looks like we will have to try to survive without the above players, while we can't defend, can't score and have a manager intent on having a go at the club (no idea yet if that is with good or bad intentions)

Survival just got a lot harder.

Nicholson is a big miss and it’s rough on Rodman who appeared to be hitting form under Barton.

We’re going to need a miracle.

Just when you think it can't get any worse, I think most supporters now accept that we are going to be relegated but without Rodman and Nicholson it is going to happen a lot quicker than we thought it would.

Not a problem! We always do everything the hard way, and love a challenge. We couldn't score, couldn't defend, and the only thing we are consistent at, has been getting dicked by all and sundry - and that was before our current injuries. Mind you, I think Nicholson is the only great loss for us, and Rodman has the potential to be a good player for us but the remainder don't make any difference from what I've seen!
