Typical, we get up a head of steam and the International break means no games to benefit from it, we will be off the boil by the time we get back.
Have to disagree. International break will give Ings and Theo more time to get up to fitness. In theory, barring any injuries on international duty, Romeu will be the only first team regular out.
I feel that everytime we speak about Djenepo we should state that he is the same age as N'Lundulu and just 11 months older than Tella. At 22, Djenepo and Diallo are both so good considering their age. I've said it before and will likely again, if they were academy lads we would be lauding them as the the future of this club.
I remember signing Djenepo on a free transfer for Eastleigh as a 17 year old on Football Manager a few years ago.
I feel Moussa has been forced to play more minutes than he would have done normally due to injuries. I think Ralph would have looked to use him more as an impact sub against tiring defences. I still think he's got a future at Saints.
If against United, I wonder if Moussa could get away with another sneaky handball like against Watford last season. So sneaky it wasn't spotted by VAR!
Being serious (well, a bit) VAR has meant that the pundits on BT, Sky, ITV, BBC and any/all other reporting medium have a never-ending supply of debating points, so VAR has been a gift to pundits everywhere. It's still crap, though
