    Day Four. We go again
    Triumph- Zanahiyr to take this for the lovely Sneezy Elliott
    County Hurdle- Absolute minefield. I'll go with two with Skybet place offer. Third Time Lucky for Dan ' Freebie' Skelton and Eclair De Beaufeu
    Spud Race- Torygraph win
    Gold Cup - Al Boum Photo win
    Hunter Chase- Billaway win.Salvatore Ew
    Mares Chase- Elimay win. Really Super 66s Ew could nab a place
    Martin Pipe. I backed Gentleman De Mee last week already.Also went with Langer Dan( appropriate name) each way

    Fish finger sandwiches with ketchup (I know <laugh>)

    Not the greatest ever Triumph first up. There appears to be little between Zanahiyr and Quilixios and that is mirrored in the betting. Tritonic has done little wrong in 2 bloodless victories over Casa Loupi - the worry being that he has since been beaten at Stratford. I'm surprised Haut En Couleurs is pitched in here after just one run but he has obviously been showing Willie plenty at home. This is usually about stamina and I think the one who offers a bit of value is Adagio who has improved with every run and wouldn't have that much to find with the principals on official ratings.

    Haven't had a fish finger sambo since I was about 10 Oddy <laugh> I'm only in the door from work and the place is devoid of food as well, I'm starving here, and you're not helping.

    Ultimate comfort food mate <ok>

    You do have to be disciplined with the ketchup though - very easy to overdo it and swamp the fish flavour

    I was never too sure how much actual fish made it into the fish finger, like those canned frankfurters which claim, "mechanically recovered meat" as one of their main ingredients. Scrumptious <laugh>
