This game with a crowd in would. Be immense.

This game without a crowd I'd take a point but I pray for a win and the form the squad is in I can't see them scoring and a nervy 2- nil win to us.

all this excitement is starting to get to me, the neighbours cursing me for the noise i make when we score, i know what schwinehund means but i don't know whether they curse the beret or the match noise, bugger if it wasn't lockdown i would invite them for a beer, still might

 

If we score early it could be 3 or 4 nil - they can't defend very well

i will warm myself up with a PL game on Friday to get me buzzing a bit more

Really enjoying these match day threads! Nice one @RTB. I said after Wednesday’s result that I can’t see any scenario where we won’t beat Lincoln and I stand by that. I’m going for another convincing performance and result. 3-0.......might even stretch to 4-0.

Reading the comments from their manager it would appear he isn’t very confident in getting anything from the game. That will rub off onto the players. They didn’t beat us a few weeks back in the semi final and I feel that since then we have improved in all departments and they have gone back. We’ve been unlucky with injuries and it would have been nice to have had a settled squad but LJ has done a fantastic job motivating the lads who have come in and/or have been played out of position without disrupting the unity within the squad. Looking forward to this one. Easy home win

 

People shouldn't take what their manager says at face value, he is trying to implement an underdog mentality, back to the wall and let's fight. Lincoln are very dangerous and If our players think like the fans and get over confident we could lose this.

looking at that it seems Lincoln can't defend high balls and their body language after the second goal indicates they've lost all belief. probably wrong, but i hope i'm right
