Ralph's replacement, whenever that day comes, will be someone who buys into the way we play football now. The whole idea of the "southampton playbook" is to have a system in place that will continue long after Ralph is gone. We won't suddenly get someone in that will want to change everything Ralph and the team have put in place. The reason the U12s are learning to play the same way as the first team is because in 6/8 years when they are ready for first team football we will still be playing this way.
Unbelievable finish that, not just because of the rabona but he curled it perfectly around the defender and into the corner.
