Lots of contenders today really, but we can discount Willy Shakespeare and Julius Caeser. Beware the Ides of March - ha! Suburb of Manicum - seen off quicker than you could say SPQR. Abona - slayed Romulus at Wembley May 2008 and Remus at KCOM 2021 Durobrivae - from muddy pitches does fine earthen ware spring - whatever. A good bit of fooking northern culture on display on the KCOM green swards today. Oxonia - those Quintilian subjects will always remember 'Suburb of Petuaria 2 Cambridge Runts 0'. It's one thing beating Atilla, but forget your Walls and straight roads, because 'We're on the march with Terry's Army' (at least until we play Viroconium Cornoviorum next week, providing we've been vaccinated)
This is what's happening though. Wilks off the pace today but KLP steps up. And it's happening all around the pitch (and with the subs off it) with the pairing of players. Earlier I couldn't see why Coyle was in & Emmanuel out. But tbf to Coyle the last few games he's been rock solid. If he's out next couple of games Emmanuel will do as good a job albeit a different one. Still not at all convinced by McCann, but you can only judge him on his latest result(s) and that reads WWWWW. Not really interested / bothered about other teams now, as long as we keep our eye on the main prize.
KLP Coyle Ingram Is something going on in the squad, either banter or a in-house bet. There is some real team spirit in there and loads of banter
KLP - Best game yet. Two key goals, great control, energy. Roasted his FB. Coyle - Captains performance. Strong defensively. Got up well in attack. Docherty - Fantastic energy. Took a lickin' and kept on tickin'. Great team effort. Promotion looks a good bet now. McCann deserves a lot of credit (never thought I'd say that!).
KLP Docherty Coyle Mention for Alfie Jones who is doing a great job covering in midfield. I believe he is only on a one year contract we should be looking to extend it now.
