Next weekend is the killer with Fulham home to Leeds and Newcastle away to Brighton ...

... two home wins and it would be hard to see Bruce keeping his job.

But I'd prefer it to drag out 'til Newcastle's last match away to Fulham for a 'winner takes all' dogfight. Whether they go down or not it would be an amusing way to spend the afternoon.

They're demanding the right to hold funeral marches, punch horses, shout at shops and riot in their own town ...

... I can't see anything wrong with that tbh.

All supporters should be able to prove what they are beyond any reasonable doubt.

There may be a few people, around the country, left unaware.

There was an article in the Shields Gazette saying that they were relegated both times the last two times Ashley sacked their manager towards the end of the season so he was likely to stick with Bruce.

I hope so - I would love to see a Maja goal relegate them in injury time on the last day of the season.

Personally believe they’ll stay up mainly due to how poor the other teams around them are and the fact they always seem to pull off the odd fluke, such as Everton recently. I’d be happy with them going to the last game knowing a defeat would relegate them as it’ll prolong the agony for them and knowing the rest of the country were behind Fulham would let them know they’re not everyone’s 2nd team as they seem to believe.

Even if they stay up, without a takeover next season will just be a repeat of this season, which they’ll hate even more than being in the championship. Happy to see them rot at the foot of the Premiership for a few more years before being flushed.

Read it elsewhere that Mark Palios, Tranmere's chairman has been on sky talking about tomorrow's final. They have raised 40k through selling virtual tickets, apparently a large chunk of that money came from Newcastle fans - glad to see that they're not bothered about our club that much that they can raise funds for local charities in another part of the country. They really are a generous lot!

Screenshot_20210313-103415.png They are THAT not bothered about us it must have spread to their players, as we have won more games against them than they have against us. So deep set is this ambivelence of "the little seaside club" in "chicken town" that it goes all the way back to 1892, 100 years before football began <laugh>

Bit strange if true. Fair play to Tranmere.

That ‘Warm Glow’ thing is gonna be pretty shambolic if we in same league next year and we have a good owner mind.

Their 606 board is ****ing hilarious. Do yourself a favour today if you fancy a chuckle and check out their takeover thread.

If ever they wonder why they are known as the most deluded fans around that thread highlights it perfectly. Still absolutely convinced a proven murderous regime are days away from taking them over

The meltdown from them lot if we do end up in the same division will be on par with the one when we beat them and they smashed up their own City. All they have is "League One"

They are a club that has absolutely nothing to look forward to and its superb

Quick story. One of my mates was lodging with a farming family along the road from me and he said the lass hadn’t had time to go shopping so he got a plate of fried eggs covered in beef gravy.<laugh>

Used to be one of the best boards on 606 tbh, embarrassing now though.

It's the same half dozen people knocking out the same old repetitive drivel.

Their Mod, Albert, ruined the place by attempting to appear intelligent ...

... something he's clearly not cut out for.
