Just for context...the same City Council paid 20 mill compensation when a white yoga instructor was fatally shot in a police misconduct case back in 2019.

Staggering sums of money by UK standards.

Was the yoga man,a career criminal as well? Could be a case of discrimination on law abiding citizens otherwise!

 

You would have hoped that as the previous payout dated back to 2017 (when the death occured) that the Police just might have received better training etc.

Not something that I'm particualry interested in discussing further to be honest...would much rather watch the footy
