When i was serving i was in charge of barracks room in Maidstone i had 2 Jamaican's and 2 lads from Brixton who were in to soul, they had ghetto blasters and all day long soul and reggae was pumped out so naturally i got into it , Maidstone on a rail link to London saw us up there nearly every weekend, so i took in nearly every Motown and northern soul group there was, often slept at Tony's mams house from Friday night onwards that's where my taste for spicy foods came from boy could she cook
Been listening to Jimi alot recently and this one is probably my favourite of his. The man was a bona-fide genius.
