    What a fantastic resource! Thank you so much Dave, I have just wasted about an hour looking up gigs from 40 or 50 years ago!

    Funnily enough I saw the Who on that same tour, on the second of 3 dates they played at the newly revamped Rainbow Theatre, formerly the Finsbury Park Astoria. It was my brother’s present to me for my 18th birthday, and a lot of newly-legal beer was also consumed that night!

    You lads will probably love this site which has a massive database of live recordings which you can either stream from the site by clicking on MP3 or download by clicking on WMA.
    There is also a gig setlist too and I've checked Dave and there is a recording from 5 days after The Who's show in Southampton at Liverpool University and it is the same setlist! plus there are are a few other dates from that tour.

    Cheers, SA. Looks like great stuff and (if I’m not careful) I’m likely to lose myself in it for a few days or weeks!

    Interesting that the set list is the same! I find that quite surprising, as I’d always think there would be a few different songs thrown in or, at least, done in a slightly different order ....
