That 3rd one??! Its not as if the main attacking players got injured last night. Surely a decent manager would have a plan b, c, d, e etc. organised by now. Either he hasn't a clue or has absolutely no faith in his squad players.
Tbh I agree with not using gayle and Carroll they're both absolutely ****e. The problem was having players like shelvey Krafth and Ryan Fraser that offer absolutely nothing. Joelinton is a much better player than Carroll and Gayle in most areas of his game. The issue we have isnt a case of just throwing 2 strikers uptop because it involves removing the only 2 players that create the chances in the 1st place. We sit too deep as and there's no pace in mm our side bar 1 attacking player and he happens to be ****.
I don't want to be competitive in the championship. I'd rather be aiming for 17th every year in the prem
Took 2 relegations for in order for me to get anything near enjoyment out of supporting Sunderland. Dont have the passion towards football like I used to, but its nice not have that dread feeling at the pit of the stomach every time we play. When in the Premier League I'd wake up and one of the first thoughts were '****! Sunderland are playing today!' It was either a must win game or a definitely gonna lose game. Either way, not fun.
