Still got it in the sleeve. Along with most Jam records. Interesting looking at songs on here theres a few that remind me of good times spent in the north east. Weller took some good songs through to the style council but looked a twát with merton parka mick. His solo album "Stanley road" had me back on side and a great player in the cassette of my Jag up in South Shields back then. Happy days
Anyone else into this group? Nice video for this one, personally I'd have to be paid handsomely to sit through a ballet but I respect it nonetheless. My little girl likes it and me and her are often doing the various poses together in the living room.
The lad just said he heard a top tune at work the other day. Ever lasting love. Have to agree, 60's was a very good decade.
Absolutely superb record. Even better live. Seen them on a show once (think it was in Hamburg) where they had 7 guitarists on stage giving it what for.
Heres a song mate, it had a deep impact on me as a kid growing up in wales but roots in the North East. Same **** from London, fook the plebs in the rest of the country. Catchy tune I played me dads 45" single over and over, but that solidarity and working man fight had an impact. Shame on the snowflake society today.
just spent ages listening to other peoples picks so great some good some decent some crap and a few that nearly had me slashing my wrists
