I'm just back from a weeks skiing in the Swedish Fjällän with another family. Out in the fresh air all day with the kids skiing. Lunch and drinks sitting outside the pub in the weak Swedish sunshine. We went dog sledding, met a herd of Reindeer, saw many deer and an Elk. Evenings with a drink by the fire, after a shared home cooked meal and a sweat in the Sauna. Felling amazingly relaxed after lots of outside activity and minimal indoor interactions with people outside of our bubble. Then I come on this thread and see the results of cabin fever..... After speaking with family, colleagues and friends in the UK I really feel for you all going through another lock down. You do have a lower R rate than we do in Sweden but the cost seems hard to take.
Do you do it properly and roll outside in the snow after the sauna? Or do you have a very quick cool-ish shower like I used to when I was in those parts?
