He was an underlapping wingback for Wolves, which meant coming inside and playing little one-twos or going for goal. He's being asked to play as an overlapping fullback for us, which means getting crosses in and doing a lot of defending. It's almost a completely different set of skills, though he should be used to playing there, as he does it for Ireland a lot of the time.
