So when should we be offering Mick the job full time? For me there's no time like the present. Let's face it he's had a pretty impressive run of results so far. Even if we don't make the play-offs and/or get promoted Mick will now have a good opinion of the players he wants to keep and with his experience who he needs to bring in to help us progress. Of course this is dependent on whether Mick and TC want the positions, but if they do I think we should be pulling out all the stops to sign them up to a longer time deal.

When this situation happens, you can bet your bottom dollar that the run will stop! It’s happens with players signing new contracts....it’s like they can relax and stop trying to impress! Hope one is wrong! :emoticon-0103-cool: MM Out!

Well deserved but don't forget Terry Connor. I rate him strongly.

    :emoticon-0148-yes:
Couldnt imagine one happening without the other.
If TC hadnt been offered a contract, Mick wouldnt have signed.

One of the positives is MM can now get on with sorting existing player contracts and start a shopping list.
    Cant see it needing much......

    .......unless we go up.<whistle>
