On Bristol Rovers site there is a statement from the EFL regarding the salary cap. That's players over 21, we can sign and play U21s I think as they don't have to included in the 22 cap number.
We still have 1 place for an over 21 and at least try and think of someone with quality rather than someone who falls over when you look at him, Marcus Rashford would be a reasonable signing or maybe De Bruyne or Foden at a push
According to todays WDP the players union have contacted all clubs, players and the EFL because the cap coming into force next season states that league 1 & 2 can only register 20 players for the coming season this does not include u21s. They are saying that with the number of games played by these teams players are more likely to pick up major injuries
