Right then Mick. Old Colin would have thought he had our number but your string of wins will have flumoxed him. That's not to say we can be complacent, far from it. Have to keep the same level of endeavour and commitment. We're not ungrateful Mick but we're having a good time right now. So if you can keep it going, we'll write to the Lord Mayor about they keys. Fire 'em up Mick. C'mon City!
I’m beginning to worry about burnout - don’t think lessons have been learned from our winning run earlier in the season which ended in an injury to Moore - exactly what we can’t afford. The number and scheduling of games this season requires more rotation.
A stronger bench only benefits us if its used..... Mick seems more reluctant than Harris to use the bench, though when he does its earlier in the game.
Good point sir but the reverse could be said ie the bench is only worth using if it's strong enough to benefit us. I know there's a lot of concern about burn out here, but I think Mick has to balnce that with confidence in getting a single game won and the potential negativity of taking someone out of a winning side. I'm sure he has an eye on fatigue in terms of physical and mental fitness.
We are not playing well despite being ahead. Boro pushing all over the park. They might tire second half but some of ours looking very leggy. Could be time for the subs to show their worth after the hour.
