Personally, I would head over to the Facebook group ‘Hull Footballers from The Golden Years’ and pick between 12 and 16 players from there. I would also pick a manager / coach ( whatever the term is ) from there also. I would then say ‘Roll Back The Years Lads’. On that basis I would then predict victory. Comfortably.
I've put hull to win as I can't ever do anything but that, but I going all Quill and i want us to lose tomorrow ( tongue in cheek Quill ) for reasons you can probably guess
Holy ****..... did he just say that..... what must the team think, the ones who signed here on a promise of promotion... I bet there have been some agents contacted today.... Can this twat every say anything vaguely motivational, inspiring, insert a word of your choice...
Time to get radical: Magennis Ingram (fly goalies) Coyle Burke Greaves Jones Whyte Honeyman Docherty Elder Eaves
....... and so the team’s performances reflect the manager’s whole personality and influence on the squad ie. dull, uninspiring and tactically clueless!
The company I was at used to sponsor Stan McEwan’s kit and he used to come in to see us regularly, I always recall him telling me that as a centre half he would always grab a lump of flesh from the opponent he was marking at corners, he said he tried it just the once with Fash but he couldn’t, he said he didn’t have an ounce of fat on him!
We'll get nowt out of this. If the Government statistics show a general downward trend in the transmission rates of Covid 19 in the majority of defined areas across the whole of the UK, and the overall optimistic picture on the vaccine rollout remain in place once this game is over, it'll be a bonus.
Wimbledon 2-0 Hull City My prediction is that we will be impressive for the first twenty minutes, then it'll even out until half-time, we'll have a fantastic chance around the 50th-55th minute (and blow it), then ship two goals in quick succession and end the game looking like an Under-10s team
I do not think whatever tactics the manager goes with would answer the problem. He cannot motivate the players. He failed to do that last season when those who remained knew they would lose 50% of their wages on relegation. Players have been brought in with high reputations who have not delivered and city rarely play as a team. I agree his tactics and decision making is poor and I feel we will be lucky to get 20 points from the remaining games.
