We can either sulk and wish we were at Wembley or make a real 'virtual day' of it. I've not thought it through, but why not have a virtual Trafalgar Square with anyone who wants to join in. It could be people from here, RTG, RAWA, ALS or just independent people who you can invite. People could drop in and out as they please, keep it to pre-match, or all the way through and post match celebrations. We could involve the club, KLD, SKY or whoever. I'm happy to just spend the day with the half a dozen usual matchday lads, but it's a cup final ... ... so, bollocks to lockdown, why not go mental and do summat extraordinary, we'll only get one chance.
Not a bad idea. The club could do a 'virtual Wembley day' with interviews, guests and then live coverage of the game itself. I'd rather give the club twenty quid for that than a tenner to Sky for a day pass.
I'll be sat on a stool at the bar watching it and willing the lads on as ever. The fact that it'll be my own bar in the garden, I'll be on my own, and it'll be bloody freezing won't make a ha'porth of difference on the day, as long as we win.
Excellent, couldn't be more pleased. I'll be making a big day of it with a big screen, linked up to my usual match day WhatsApp group and breaking out my special reserve rum. I'm sure other Sunderland people will find ways to get the most out of the day .... ... we have some exciting players and there's no reason not to go out and attack.
Na he’d get us half way there and looking good then **** his pants and land somewhere in Berkshire. Can’t finish a job.
