Disastrous 112 all out! Might be a bit early to say but looks like we will get hammered if they can't get the turn that the Indians did.
Gave up and stopped watching. Then we get two quick wickets. Of course we need another 5 or 6 quick wickets. I'll stop watching again.
Not that it will make much difference, but there's a reasonable amount of local umpire bias going on. That back foot looked off the ground, but the third umpire didn't look for long. Most close decisions going against England and being backed up by 'umpire's call'.
As in the first two tests, I think the on-field umpires have been good, but the third umpire isn't thorough enough. I don't think any of the decisions were wrong though and certainly umpiring has nothing to do with where England find themselves. England batted poorly, but India haven't found it easy either.
Pretty much what I said then. The onfield umpires have given close calls out against our batsmen which went to 'umpire's call'. Broad had a very good LBW shout given not out on the field which went to 'umpire's call'.
I wouldn't have said that there bias being shown. Crawley was given not out to one that was hitting and went to umpire's call.
Fuchin 112all out in a test match Ha ha Nz got 219 in a 20/20 game Beat the crims by 4 runs in the second game of the series
The on field umpires have been ok, the only glaring one that was just wrong was when they decided that rohit was playing a shot in the last test when tucking his bat behind his pad..... it's the tv umpire that needs to up his game.....
