Chazz / Plum, get a grip of yourselves, lads. Your admiration for the upper torso of Marilyn Manson is completely acceptable in the 'modern' world, but you might want to PM each other rather than subject the rest of us to your 'modern' attractions. Just in case anyone doubts otherwise, this is a ****ing joke, right. Remember them?
Just binge watching "Age of Samurai: Battle for Japan" on Netflix. So far it's been a superb Docuseries, they was bloodthirsty in those days. Highly recommended. edit: meant to say Docudrama series.
Just started watching “ The English Game “ I’m loving this series, only two episodes in but it’s bloody good and football related makes for a ruddy change from death and destruction...
Watched this when it was released almost a year ago. When my husband alerted me to the fact that it was written by Julian Fellowes of Downton Abbey fame it made it all the more enjoyable, as I never missed an episode of that epic saga.
I agree with your comment on Insp Montalbano. I watched one of Rebecka Martinson series before and enjoyed it. However, with Channel 4, being where I am and using a VPN, for some reason I can watch anything that is British made, but any over the overseas programs it says they are not available to anyone outside the UK. This seems odd, as normally if they put a block on an IP address that is being used by VPN provider, you cannot view anything.
I saw it advertised a cpl of weeks ago but as I have the memory of a fly had forgotten. Looking through Netflix for a series to watch I came across it, lightbulb came instantly on and the rest is history. I’ll be truthful I’ve never watched an episode of downton abbey but may give it a try next. I’m afraid I’m a bit like that, think I might not like something and give it a miss. The most famous one for me was “Chariots of fire “ took me years to eventually sit down and watch, turns out it’s in my top ten favourite films of all time. I’m really looking forward to watching the rest of this series, I might get in trouble with the Mrs as I can see myself sitting up until all hours binge watching lol.
Don't know if this is of any relevance.https://www.ipaddressguide.org/why-doesnt-my-vpn-work-with-channel-4-anymore/ I used to have trouble getting Walter Presents and casting it to my TV, but not other programmes. Could get it through All4 on an Amazon Fire Stick. When I changed TV the new one had the All4 app installed and no problems.
Depends on the VPN provider's sophistication. The one I use here in Canada to watch CH 4 must obviously modify the time-zone for me when I'm watching said channel. i.e. The VPN service adjusts the regional parameters.
There are sights now that recognise you are using a VPN and won't let you proceed with purchases. Amazon and Argos are O.k but on Curry's it won't proceed to payment unless you switch VPN off.
I don't use Pay-per-view providers if that's what you're talking about. Internet provider and VPN only. Obviously not Sky, but that's not an issue as it's carried indirectly on other internet services (e.g DAZN). iFollow obvs now BBC with Burns & Swann (or is it Allen & Flanders?) have been cut off.
No, I was referring to trying to buy goods at Currys. Use this for any stuff I want. https://tvtap-pro.net/
