6 points from the next two games or the managerial position should be reviewed

Sunderland and Stoke at home. Sunderland are one of the worst teams in the prem at the moment, that should be 3 points. Stoke are no pushovers but we have to beat them.

I'm sorry but something HAS to be done. If we can't get 6 points then we're absoloutely ****ed.

Marseille we can get away with a draw away. Bolton in the CC should be a win. And we'll probably lose the Chelsea.

After that we have West Brom. Should be another three pointer there, hopefully.

You say Stoke at home will not be easy but i disagree. They are pretty **** away from home and have seemed to stuggle to come to terms with playing in Europe then the league. Also the Emirates pitch is massive compared to their pitch where they have made it as small as possible in order to box other teams in. So we should beat them with ease IF we pass it quick.

Stoke ****ing suck away. They're almost impossible to beat at their stadium, but when they're on the road, they're one of the easiest teams to break down in the entire league.

As for Sunderland, considering their poor form and considering that they're away, you guys should get the win there too. As a mag, I bloody hope so.

absolutely. if we cant pick up 6 points in these games we have no chance of a champions league finish.

No games are easy for us now though because we're no longer at the level we're we can just retain the ball and make the opposition run.

  5. I believe you're right there Mr Bear. I think in the way that we have given way goals all too easily and shown that our attack can on occasion run dry have given any team we now meet renewed hope that they can indeed take three points from us. A good solid run can turn things round but the problem and it is appears to be an ongoing problem is that we have hardly been able to string such a run together since March. That for me is the main worry since it drains the confidence of our players and supporters.

I agree to an extent, 3 points are absolutely vital and I am sure Arsene would be thinking the same.
These are certainly 6 points that our rivals will most likely be taking, cannot fanny about any longer. <ok>

Don't underestimate West Brom either, I remember one painful day last year when we managed to find ourselves 3-0 down at home to them at which point I went to the pub - think we lost 3-2 in the end, and that was with all our wantaway stars.....

You can take nothing for granted of course with this Arsenal side, but as the OP said it's got to be our goal and not achieving it must be considered a bad failure on Wenger and the teams part.
If we harbour any top 4 ambitions this year I think it's vital..

how many times have we seen what actually happens in these " must win games "

  11. You're right Mr Ballright

Last season I had us to......... Well, in theory that is.

It's a risky proposition to have ' must win games ' with the side that we currently have. Yet nothing is done to address our weaknesses and if we do not take all six points, it will no doubt be said that there was the distraction of the international games. Six point though is the minimum we will need. The next six games bar one after that all all difficult ones.
