What a week we have had! We are a class above everyone else when we are playing well. My only concern is the sheer amount of injuries and fatigue setting in. Can we keep this up?
I think the players are getting it now. With the cup final coming up and the new owners there’s a winning feeling about the place. I wouldn’t be surprised if we win 6 or 7 on the trot.

I’d have agreed with that a couple of weeks ago but we seem a bit more confident lately, we don’t seem to bottle it when the oppo has a good spell in the game we just keep at the task in hand. Mind this is Sunderland and we could just as easy come crashing down to earth against Fleetwood.
Our subs bench might be the whole game changer for us as nobody in this league gets anywhere near what we've got chomping to get on the pitch. Injuries are also a factor with Wright out for a couple of weeks so a change in fortune on the injury front would be most welcome. We've got the talent, and confidence is building so over to you LJ to get us over the line come May.

I said to my son before today’s game. I can see us going on a 10 match winning streak. Confidence is high and there’s a buzz around the club. He laughed at me, then at full time he’d changed his mind.
