We got what we deserved in the end. A draw probably fair enough as we just never got going in the second half. Tough league this and you just cant take your foot off the gas and expect to win. Hope George is ok.

For what feels like the millionth time, I’ve got to say we aren’t consistent enough to go up automatically.

Please tell my I'm wrong -- by my reckoning Doncaster used 4 substitutes. Bostock, Lokilo, Coppinger & Robertson. So how come we could only use 3?

His droning monotonous voice spoilt my afternoon (apart from our second half performance). He really grated with his stupid childish comments.

****. At 3.1, I'll be honest never felt comfotable.

We've always given McCann stick for staying with 433 when defending a lead, but I wonder if he should have done today? Played into their hands when we sat back.

I wasnt pointing it out, it was a question, which you decided not to answer.

So you aren't defending us then? So what's the problem with criticising them? Oh wait, its because I'm the one doing it...

yes but they made them at 3 different times. You can bring up to five players on at three different intervals.

It was an observation not a criticism.

I know. You mentioned it earlier. I was pointing out not many of us would have been aware of the ins and outs of it and the Donny commentator did a good job of explaining it. His co-commentator was unaware as well. Would be willing to bet Burns and Swan would be clueless about it as well.

    So half time talk
We’ve got this won lads just keep it tight don’t get adventurous no midfielders past half way
Let even their dopey centre backs flood the wings and middle
Players as they go out ‘ we’ve won this no point marking the clever guy in the middle or the wingers ‘

we let them play 5 aside passing everywhere even in the left corner of their end !! Ffs

A fair few teams around us dropped points today, so could have been a lot worse.

They sort of snuck it in last season after the play resumed in June.

Commentator on IFollow was fawning over fact we were 3-1 up at HT but it was so obvious that they were causing us problems too and that next goal would be critical. 2nd half they were all over us and what annoyed me was that McCann as so often seemed to spend his time remonstrating with the ref and not doing anything to combat the fact he was outmanoeuvred. And it seems to create a victim mentality in the team too. Seemed to lose composure. I know the ref was gash but we could easily have conceded more than one penalty. Very unlucky too with the injuries however.
