We need more belief , take the game to them a bit more. They’ve had so much of the ball, eventually one of their chances will go in otherwise

I can't remember ever watching City play this badly. We don't look like we should even be in the same division as these clubs, week in and week out.

Incredible to say it when you're on 39 points with 15 games to go but we genuinely might go down from here.

Over 400 minutes since our last goal tells me we’re ****ed.

One shot from distance, not one corner, gave away such a scrappy goal but Barnsley were by far the better side

Hull was too far up the league last season to go down. Think we want to prove it wasn’t a fluke by repeating it.

I switched the commentary off again, I was getting pissed off listening to the poxy commentator and Gilmartin talking out of their arses, bigging up the the coaching staff, really good coaches would be able to coach players to defend set pieces, talking about Lansbury's quality what ****ing quality? he is useless, talking about Mariappa's quality, what ****ing quality? he is the king of the hospital pass, bigging up Diedhiou, he could and should have been sent off twice for unnoticed deliberate elbows and like Wells (who he actually said had started off really well FFS) and Semenyo all 3 of them spent more time falling on their arses trying unconvincingly to win free kicks. like Hunt who is just useless and somebody will have explain exactly what Paterson offers a team in the trenches? another player bigged up.

Thats 5 games without a goal and our usual 1 shot all game and zero corners.

I think we may be ****ed already.

How on earth have we got to this point? The Holden experiment could be a watershed moment for the club if it culminates in relegation.

Sad times ahead unless a monumental shift happens....and soon.

I still cannot believe that SL believes that our recruitment is good, from what I have seen Barnsley's recruitment knocks ours into a cocked hat and on a far lower budget.

I think we maybe going down, because I cannot see how we can continually allow crosses into the box with any midfield intervention, we cannot defend set pieces, the midfield are pussies, constantly outmuscled and lacking in any creativity and although the strikers are suffering from starvation rations they are **** as well.

We are in a downward spiral, I thought after Lansdown's interview some of our players would come out and show their metal today, absolute crap, they and the coaching staff should get their wages docked and given to charity, it's disgraceful.

The good news is a tough trip to Middlesborough on Tuesday, I bet they won't be up for it with their crap manager.

I see another crap manager called Hughton has managed to get his basket case club within 3 points of us today.

    Paul Simpson speaks
The biggest disappointment for us is that this group of players is better than they're showing. That needs to come from within. We'll keep working hard and looking for that quality. We kept hooking balls on but nothing came off for us. We're all sitting in limbo not knowing what will happen. We're trying everything we can. We'll try and get a tune out of these players on Tuesday night - I hope that the managerial situation is resolved soon. There's a lot going for this club but we need to get something to get moving forward. We had 15 players out today.

Well unless something happens next week we are going down and I’m serious.
10 points of third bottom and that club has two games in hand.

I said that Forest and Boro would finish above us and that will come true.
