Great long term holds! Which platform are you using to trade? I'm on 212...seems to be the most simple to use and fees are good
BP have still paid dividends as well, I have a large BAE holding who continue to pay 4% divs, just trade on Halifax share dealing to be honest, I'm not a really big player more a hobby.
I've had easyjet 3 times and Tui once . I tend to sell when they hit £80 profit . Airtel Africa are one that's worth short term if they go below 75p 8%/10% profit in those. Also had a quick £120 profit in Babcock . It's all a risk and you just have to give it a week or 2 at times I've foundv
I'm on there now due to no fees . Im up £1,200. Biggest regret was putting £1,200 in Ocugen at 78 cents and panicking when they fell a bit and selling. Ifvud held my nerve in have have over £20,000
Yup, I was going to get some more today! Hopefully they open it up again soon as I'd like to get some more before the court date
I ve had some good returns on Etsy , Crowdstrike and Lgen on my other accounts. Also down a fair bit on HSBC , GSK Unilever etc
No, they have a court date on Feb 26th for patent infringement that is looking like an almost certain win against Phillip Morris. A lot of analysts are predicting if they win it will be for north of $1b and see a big jump in share price, some saying North of £1. Doesn't sound much but shares currently hovering around 0.0038p a share it's a huge potential win. I jumped in very early and got 600k shares at 0.0014p. I took my Initial investment back out this week when it jumped to 0.0044p so anything that happens now is just profit. It's a gamble but even if it hits 0.10p a share it's a big win. It's getting lots of attention from big investment groups hence why you can't get them ATM as demand is outstripping shares.
I think so. Vachain has pump so I'll look at selling into another coin. I fancy Vechain to go to a dollar though.
Your not the first person to say that recently, it's not something I've got as of yet....it's up 12% today
Now Tesla have main it even more mainstream, more businesses will follow. If people go in with realistic expectations, understand that they can see huge fluctuations sometimes hourly and most importantly only ever invest what they can afford to lose....then it can be a great income source. The best thing to do in my opinion is look at it long term and just never get scared and withdraw at the low points!
Decided midnight on a Friday night might be a good time to put the scotch down and start investing in stocks 212 aren’t taking new customers Probably for the best!
