The only thing Johnson ever did for Wyke was tell the world he hurt his back picking up his child - that the physios worked hard and long to get him ready for the match. Did anyone else notice how many times he got shoved in the lower back after that.
He can dribble the ball with the cheeks of his arse and score with his cock as far as am concerned, as long as he keeps bangin em in .
Now I’m going to argue that point with one from the Lincoln game. He was manhandled to the point of assault on the corner of the Lincoln box. The ref gave a free kick against him. Watched that happen a multitude of times this season and he seems to get slated from our fans fir it.
Maybe not as much now but only a few weeks ago he was getting pelters for giving away “silly free kicks” when he was getting fouled all the time. Still hear it among my friends too but I guess people won’t give it up!! Maybe refs see and hear the way some people go on (the commentators fir instance), in a similar way to the cattermole thing, and just give free kicks against him when a defender falls over next to him. Can’t think of any other reason, particularly the other night when the defender had both arms around him and dragged him out of the way to be given the free kick!!
I work with a relation. I have messaged to say tell him to sign a new deal because we love him. I said once he gets back in a stadium with fans he will score even more goals with our backing. This might be his chance to become a bit of a club legend somewhere. Right now he is playing Championship level and seems to be enjoying it. Whatever league we are in next season I want him at number 9.
I spotted that Marcus, I will never understand how he keeps getting decisions against him when a blind man on a galloping horse can see it's him that is being fouled
If they don't play a specific way that puts it right on his head in the box then he will struggle to get goals for them. I assume he hasn't scored in their pre season judging by that?
Just had a look on their forum on here and the last post is October 2019 so they don't seem like a very social bunch.
He’s a one touch wonder, pretty sure I saw something that said 95% of his goals last season were one touch finishes. No I don’t think he has scored for them, but unfortunately for him he doesn’t have a player of Mcgeady’s quality to serve them on a plate for him.
Yeah, I saw a similar stat last season at some point about him. One touch mainly headers and he scores. As we saw in the Lincoln game, if he has time to think he is ****ed. He wouldn't have scored that chance Stewart put away last night.
Agree with that. I had my doubts about Stewart early on, but he looks a much better player imo, big season for him ahead.
