No - To be honest I hadn't even thought about him!! Strange guy - self-confessed Ref-thumping Nazi - but who once caught the ball with the goal at his mercy to force a game to stop, so that the opposition goalkeeper could get treatment for an injury! One of the very few players ever to get a standing ovation from the OPPOSITION fans at the end of a game. I think it was Everton, going from memory........ I met him once when he was managing Swindon but we didn't speak. He certainly left an impression here - both good and bad. Another 'marmite' character - not unlike our LJ..... .... ooops I've done it again
And fell out with one of his black players at Swindon, who accused him of racism as they were coming off at the end of a game, had to be separated.
To be clear. I dislike the Johnsons, both of them because I hate nepotism. Now Junior's gone, I'm counting my winnings.
Thanks Rp not to bad still on treatment lucky to have a great NHS, l try to stay positive, to anyone on here that use the toilet at night more than they used to go and get a PSA blood test done l was to late please don't be.
My dad had that but had no symptoms. It turned up in a routine blood test. After months of chemo and some invasive surgery he’s now clear at 86. Hopes and prayers that you make a quick and full recovery AD
It is always nice when someone manages to leave hospital, what ever the reason. He has done well as I believe he has been "controlling" the team with reasonable success, or was it mainly his main man! another ex Bristol City product.
Now in the final so double looking good. The feel good factor is around the club with a Wembley appearance, they had over 500 replies on their 606 Lincoln thread. Momentum is going the right way and they look a shoe-in at 8/11 Saturday.
I thought he was out already..! So must have been wilbs that got one over LJ ...maybe he could be our next manager!....Wilbs that is
Many thanks bcfc l'm afraid mine is not curable its aggressive but still here after 5yrs, so glad your dad is all clear hope he has many more years.
