Nah Son will be central I’d imagine.

Lucas out of position on the left, Bale right, Dele 10.

With the immense creativity from Winks and Sissoko supplying them all.

It’s almost as if we’re setting a couple of them up to fail when they likely won’t manage to get the ball enough to make something happen.

Seems unlikely, they are in better form than we are, I believe that they beat Feyenord home and away in the group stages and this has banana skin written all over it, right now I would take a score draw to bring back and apparently 2-2 is the bookies favourite score for this match - that will do for me.

At least it looks like we’ve not set ourselves up with 9000 defenders for a change.

They did, but they also lost both matches against Dinamo Zagreb.
The Croatians went unbeaten in that group though, so **** knows what that means.

Unfortunately, that's pretty likely to be the case...and it won't be the first time.

Imo this next week is what decides if JM stays as our manager.
Get knocked out of the EL and lose to West ham on Sunday then CL football will be gone.
CL football this season had to have been a minimum requirement.

So I hope for him and us that this line up works.

Personally, I am confused as about Vinicius not starting. He spent all last season bemoaning our lack of a back up striker and has spent all this season ignoring his chosen back up.

I think West Ham will be very defining. We could lose tonight and make amends in the home leg but a loss to West Ham will just be the icing on a very **** cake.

As for Vinigoal, I’d just be repeating myself but he won’t be here next summer. Will be pointless to sign a new striker too as they also won’t play. Just run Kane and Son into the ground as per, providing they’re here that is.

Their kit would be nice, if it wasn't for the stupid sponsor.

Why didn't Son put Alli in there? He had an open goal, FFS.

Alderweireld made a few really nice long passes in a row leading up to that. Don't think it's a coincidence that Alli's back in the side.

Sissoko spitting out blood. Not sure why. Didn't seem to be much contact.
