He scored a penalty after looking laboured and sluggish for 90 minutes - I'm glad he was on to take the winning penalty obviously but I still wouldn't have kept him on just for that. At no point did I question his ability to take penalties so this makes no sense but --- we are going to wembley so pass me some squirty cream and I'll gladly eat the fecker
I am bouncing. Tin pot or not it is a final, builds momentum, we played well, silverware on offer, another game to watch and have a bevvy watching. Most importantly, would be a belting start to a new era, silverware, however you feel about it. Maybe our mentality should be if we are in league one we should be winning this once, rather than writing it off as a waster of time. A trophy is a trophy. I am going to keep drinking...
