    REAL ESTATE 18/1 Wolves 3:20
I took 25/1 last night when he was drifting. I don’t have any info but the yard is going great guns after a spell in the doldrums. Ignore the last run as that was coming off a break. Handicapped to win and track and trip to suit.

Coconut Splash is my nap of the day, was really impressed by his run at Chepstow and he then followed it up at Wincanton. I thought Chantry House was very poor at Cheltenham and he doesn’t convince me as a chaser,

I’ve also done a bit of dutching on -

2:40 West To The Edge/Miah Grace
3:05 Eleanor Bob/Jamessaintpatrick (each way 4 places for both)
    3:12 Laverock Lass/Cash To Ash

again yards in form the key for those.

Looked impressive but it is always difficult to assess form when the early stages of the race were so slow. However the last 2 furlongs were covered in 24.41secs which, considering he was easing up throughout the final furlong seems pretty quick to me. He clearly won the race 2 out by covering the penultimate furlong in 11.89secs, half a second faster than anything else. Even though he was easing up virtually from the furlong pole, he still produced a faster last furlong than anything else (12.52)

Will be interested to get Nass's view on this one #tag NassauBoard

It was a very taking run wasn't it! The time doesn't look impressive, he broke the 12 second for a furlong but so did the modest winner of the race previous. However what was impressive was how professional he looked and how well found in the market he was too.

He is nicely bred and you would expect him to make up into a horse who can compete in good handicaps.

That's what makes it interesting Nass. Throughout that final furlong the horse was being eased down with the jockey constantly looking round as if he couldn't believe how far back they were. I wonder what time he would have clocked had he not been eased down so far from the finish. Against that most of the race was slowly run
