A good days test cricket, started well, attritional in the middle and a good last sessions. Not a bad day IMO under the circumstances.
Hope I'm wrong, but I don't see it like that. I think it was comfortably India's day on a wicket doing all sorts. None of their spinners will be be going be for over 4 an over. Even Root was turning the ball like a top on day one, it'll deteriorate quickly and they have 300 runs in the bag.
Agreed - like you said yesterday, India winning the toss and batting first is gonna be the key on this wicket. I'd take the draw now!
