How do you know Vesty isn’t going to sign an extension?

Good win, good performances and another clean sheet.

Wolves toothless. Great performances by the boo boys Djenepo, Redmond and Forster with a key save.

Man of the match Armstrong or Bertrand who kept Traore quiet.

Salisu missing his kicks was a little scary!!

I wouldn’t have had Danny in the running for MoTM. I thought he was a little off of things tonight by his standards

Not usually a fan but he had an excellent game and he let it flow. No one talking about the officials tonight.

As for VAR. Not much difference between that and the other two. Just a flip of the coin.

I’m in Bnmth too and have had a few texts. My favourite read “waited 60 bloody years for a cup 1/4 final and that’s our draw!” I pointed out that playing us has always been their cup final!! :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Common cognitive bias: Availability Bias (also called availability error) is figuring out odds from the first thing that pops into your head. A more recent memory, or one that you think is more important, has more bearing on your calculations than distant or hard-to-recall memories.

    A few apologies to everyone...

Lockdown got to me a bit recently, family stuff , home life, you never know what's going on behind closed doors. I'm back to work now after so much boredom...

    Anyway great result tonight!

Aberdeen, I am not anti Jack. But we need to bear in mind that is Salisu first game. We have seen enough of Jack that we know he will have e 3-4 good games, but then have a brain fart and cost us. I think It Jack has too many Meeh performances for a few fans. But what do they know, they want to sell Vesty

Yeah. I missed the first 15 minutes and the last 15, so I might have missed things in either segment, but Salisu's errors came on the ball from what I could see, and his awareness off the ball was very good. That's always been Jack's primary limitation: he can deal with the things in front of him, but is still far too reactive and has a tendency to get lost in space (Bednarek's missed challenge allowed Newcastle in for their first goal, but Stephens wandering aimlessly 20 yards upfield from the defensive line was the reason Bednarek had to move across to make the challenge in the first place).

Much easier to teach a defender to release the ball than to teach them where danger might come from.
