    no loss.

spurs and kane and mourinho sickened. spurs with 120mins in the legs and kane just back from injury (too soon) over worked and in the red line.

Fair play to everton. If they'd lost we could have laughed at them just as much but I think nobody minds everton having a run and a good result now. It will be interesting to see what they do i nthe next round or whenever they get a game v city.

Lets face it City are likely to win the treble again here. In the League cup final with spurs (bottlers ;) ) in the Qf of FA cup and running away with the league.

It'd be nice for someone to heroically stop them, so why not everton.

BUT.... :) if everton get tonked how could a "neutral" lose from that experience either

    Oh no!

no matter what position anyone is in there always room for laughing at others to ease the pain :)

now laughing at others when you are winning as well is rather low brow I'll admit (ahem astro) but laughing at someone else losing when you are also in the **** is really just saying they are not better than you so ok.

As i said, a no lose situation. If you win the cup, great. city didn't win a treble. If you don't ha ha, you are as **** as ever.

But thats for the future, today is about spurs being as spursy as ever. I am betting kane will be out for 2 months with an ankle injury shortly.

I’m just enjoying today tbh. That game last night will go down as one of the classic cup ties, such a shame there wasn’t a crowd there to see it in the flesh. An incredible game that had a bit of everything, and to come out on top was extremely satisfying, but did nothing for the health of many Blues though I suspect lol.

yes it has to. It'll be remembered as tie of the FA cup 2021 for sure but it'd be legendary if you did go on and win it.

the draw is tonight. should be interesting.

    Its a nice mix.

    1 Bournemouth (championship story)
2 Manchester United (there making up numbers til city beat them)
3 Sheffield United ( the rock bottom club on a run story)
4 Wolverhampton Wanderers or Southampton (mid tbale safety, classic for a cup run)
5 Barnsley or Chelsea (the oil club or the minnow)
    6 Everton (Sf specialist)
    7 Manchester City (oil club)
8 Leicester City - up and comers - would complete out the leicester story i guess.

Theres enough scope for the draw to have a massive tie given 3 or the 8 are mega bucks clubs but also enough scope for this to really be a end up with the big ties in the SF.

If i were a betting man 6th round woudl be

    City v bournemouth
    Utd v Cheslea
    Leicester v Everton
nobody then cares about the last game ;)

    then the Sf

city v the QF line up nobody cared about
    Cheslea v ?

Its almost like city buy their passage through at times.

If i were a betting man of course.

I still remember the 4-4 derby FA cup game of ‘91 as if it was yesterday mate, and we didn’t win it that year. One of the most exciting games I’ve ever seen.

As I've already said, Tobes, it was a great game of footie. I'm pleased you won as I don't ****ing like Mourinho. Was shocked to learn He's good mates with Ancelotti. He's gone down in my estimation <laugh>

I'm sure the "great manager" whatsapp group doesn't have too many members but mourinho and anchelotti would be buddies with Klopp on it.

    Pep isn't allowed on though.

we all know why they do it, we all act up every now and again just cos we can. If anything being a wigan fan gives him immunity from every having to shut his gob i suppose.

like everton fans when they were briefly top of the table ,or insufferable "we are the greatest" types

Southampton good value for the win. Danny a bit jammy but he deserves a little good fortune.
    Wolves toothless up front.

yeah, it is a more local one and would be recalled a lot I can remember the fall out in school.

But do others? I can remember des walkers own goal i nthe final and clough missing out ain and that could be the thing.

The problem is all of these remember this final or that final is largely gone as its a never ending flow of big clubs and little shocks. We will i think remember Wigan winning a bad final 1-0 but will we remember which final did arsenal win when or Chelsea?

    Nope, rather City win.

City winning means nothing to us, they're going to win the league. We need Spurs to lose and to not challenge if we want to somehow scrape top4
