He never wanted to be here, it was obvious from day one, his attitude made this "transfer" another daylight robbery.
Irrespective of the club, anyone who is being paid a good wedge should at least put the effort in. The fact that he does it on first outing when we have seen nothing from him, is solely down to him
good luck to him, for some reason not all transfers will work out and unfortunately for both will and the club, SD 'wanted his man' in a desperate plunge to get the fans back onside, he offered, and gave, silly money despite many knock backs...the club did not want to sell and the player did not want to move, kinda hard to motivate yourself then i would think, but for a 3rd division club that kind of money is a rare thing.
What was it about being here that he hated? I thought it was wanting to stay in the North West, he didn't have to sign though the greedy ****er clubs can't sell if you don't agree a contract. He signed for a club he had clearly took a dislike to. If he goes there and plays with effort and enjoyment the bloke is a bell end up there with Jack Rodwell, in fact is it worse as Rodwell has proved he pulls the same ****e everywhere he goes. Grigg only did it hear and was decent at this level everywhere else.
He was signed for a manager who didn't want him, bad start and his confidence was rock bottom throughout. We never played to his strengths either. I don't care if he scores 12 goals a game for them I'm just glad to see the back of him. Been sick of seeing his face for ages.
