Well after the first 45 mins that was rubbish and not was expected. Very very poor all over the pitch. Goalkeeper just dross. To many changes being made before every game. No settled team or style of play. Needs sorting sharpish.

Seriously, Vokins is absolutely dreadful, Leadbitter is slow and ****e and Power can literally **** off. Had enough of this week in week out. LJ is going to start getting on peoples tits if he doesn’t start getting results.

Well I think we all know Burge is the best **** keeper out the 2.
I still think we will come good and put a run together

I think he does need to look at himself though in an honest way - we never play the same formation twice, we sometimes press, we sometimes don't. We are so lethargic and slow and I don't mind raising a query when it is perhaps justified. I do think you have to be honest - I was OK (and still am) with him but the lack of improvement is on the whole extremely disappointing and given he wasn't universally accepted then fans will ask.

I accept the squad is exceptionally weak but I don't see a shape or a style as yet. The real reason is people are just sick of watching **** (and as I said I am an optimist)

Tonight I can't see this team getting promoted, at least not if they continue to play like this. We won't make top 2 and even if we make the play offs teams now know if they get balls into our box either in the air or to feet that we piss ourselves, It's becoming more apparent each week that we panic, we have no confidence when faced by teams coming at us in numbers. I don't know how to change it either with the squad we have.

I thought we needed a good January transfer window if we had any chance of getting in play-offs.

We had to gave a good LB, replacement for Hume, atm Volkins is poor.

Jones might be okay but obviously not match fit atm.

The striker we bought is injured.

I also thought we might bring in a good keeper... I wish we had.

Frankly we were poor tonight... its going to be difficult to move up the league..is it not

Absolutely, keepers are atrocious. Why is he taking off Jones when he looked dangerous and an old slowing McGeady gets a full 90? Why is Power playing RB when he has Sanderson? Really, really poor and he needs to sort it out sharpish.

Seeing as most of your posts are negative, none of that surprises me tbh.

your first post, after the goal, was to have a go at mcgeady. No “nice finish” or “nice pass” or “get in”. A simple complaint about mcgeady.

after that, your next match related post is about their goal. We score... nothing, they score, post within 30 seconds.

you and Julio down by the schoolyard?

We had the chances - but our failings for most of the season
    - can't score
    - poor keeping

Wow. That was pathetic yes the keeper made a mistake to cost us a goal but surely we have more about us to create a few more chances and should be able to score enough to compensate for this. Willis probably out for the season as well to compound matters. I've no idea why Obrien keeps getting a game he offers nothing. Yes he scored tonight but his contribution is generally zero. Play Gooch Jones and Mcgeady behind Wyke and we may create a few chances. Need legs in midfield as well so I dknt think we can accommodate leadbitter any more. No idea who to play in there mind as Scowen and Power are ****e and ONien has barely played there for us.

In short we arent good enough. We are fighting with 5 or 6 teams for 6th spot as I see it and even if we get it we wont get through the playoffs. To make it better we play Doncaster on Saturday who are probably the form team in the league. It could get messy just lucky for the players, manager and board theres no fans allowed in otherwise I could see a full scale riot.

Matthew’s did ok last week in the cup. But I wouldn’t give him a shirt fir the remainder of the season. Do an “Escape to victory “ and break his arm intentionally!!!

no idea what to say anymore...we just cannot pass the feckin ball when needed, fine along our backline, ok in the middle but for some reason we seem to lose all coordination and direction near the 18 yard box, when we do actually get someone on the end of a cross/corner/free kick they just cannot get any power on the ball or head it well wide, why the hell did wright dive to head that ball when it looked ideal volley height?

don't care what the linesman said, i saw no infringement at all for that 3rd goal, once again, two goalkeeping mistakes = 2 goals and very close to another when he fell to his left but somehow left the ball in front of him...and again, from a good, positive start with the new manager the whole team reverts to type.

gooch, onien, diamond, leadbitter and sanderson are (imho) the ones to show fight again, the rest just do not seem able to 'up' their game and all plod along doing exactly the same over and over and over.

Well I’ve gave him time to get in & make a difference but I’m afraid I’m not seeing anything that fills me with optimism, he clearly doesn’t know what his best team or formation is and clearly doesn’t rate any of our keepers. Honeymoon is over for him he needs to get this sorted and quick or we can kiss the play offs goodbye.

Imagine thinking signing Winchester would make more sense than signing than a keeper in January <doh> Pathetic from the manager and he better sort this **** out sharpish. No excuses to not at least make the play off this season.
