Sacking McCann was the obvious thing to do when we went down so limply ‐ yet Ehab didn't. So why does anyone think he will now?
I think it’s a big decision whether to play Wilks, keep saying he’s such a frustrating player with his decision making/ missed chances ect but when on form he causes big problems with his strength and adds goals, for me he makes a big difference to the team however at the moment he’s useless. Drop him or hope he’s back on his game? He really can be the difference between winning and losing but if he is going to play like the last few games and you thought he was going to carry on like that then how can you play him.
When you've paid for ifollow and it's called off, what happens to your tenner. Does it go onto the next game?
Because we need to go up this season. And it’s looking unlikely now isn’t it? We’re in a slump and warning signs are there.
If fans where allowed in then possibly be called of for safety reasons ( gotta love the h&s clipboard gang ), but the way things are ATM I'm sure it will go ahead
Seriously Chazz? I would like to think you are right but Allam would've had to have been looking for a replacement for some time now and I'm not sure he's been thinking this way. We need a win tonight because if morale slips any further we are in deep **** for the rest of the season..
I must say I don't see any evidence the players aren't playing for him. I sense the players are happier with GM than the fans. In fact, a week or two ago we were all saying how this team pulled together compared with team at end of last season. I think there are plenty of issues but not sure that's one of them at the moment.
I would agree a few weeks or so back and for several months previous, there has been a sense of togetherness on the pitch(unlike last season). That said, something went far wrong at Burton and the heads went down..It was hard to pick 3 players worth the Jersey and that's of concern for sure!!
Ehab puts it in his back pocket, saw it on facebook so it must be true. He was up all night with an hosepipe watering the pitch, as well according to twatter and the players and staff don't get paid either when a game is postponed so it's a win win.
What went wrong at Burton is that we conceded a last minute goal and lost. If The Doc's shot had of bounced into the net off the bar or KLP's first half header had of nestled in the back of the net instead of missing by inches, if my aunt was my uncle etc, no-one, or not many anyhow, would be calling for McCann's head, or running a book on who our next manager will be. Get a grip people.
