I cant repeat what I shouted at the TV when he kicked that ball!!!

Our line out has been rubbish for many years now. If you cant win your set piece you are in deep trouble. It can only be damage limitation against the Scots I am afraid.

It’s a bad day when you’re ranked below the jocks

If we win on Saturday, we will go above them.

If they win, they go above the Aussies

Shame, I thought he was doing alright in the centre.

I'm not that bothered what team Pivac puts out to be honest, we're on a likely hiding. Even if, by some miracle, we win, I can't get enthused as we're going nowhere with this coaching setup. I feel sorry for the players, a career's short and Wales should be playing so much better. Get someone else in sharpish and stop the rot.

The problem now is that Rob from Geog is Chair, and Steve Phillips is CEO.

Both are ‘Men of the Clubs’ if you know what I mean. Their focus is largely amateur rather than professional.

In my experience of the man, Phillips won’t want to put his head above the proverbial parapet and make such a call as sacking the Coach.

I hope I’m wrong - but it’s my opinion of the man <cheers>

Pivac didn’t include Webb because of Webb’s comments about being left out of the original squad ......

50 years ago one of the games of Welsh rugby I can remember watching it as a 15 year old. It was a different game then

Thanks Glam - that takes me back!

I was 13 in 1971 (14 right at the end of that year!).

I watched the game with my grandfather and his neighbour. (My dad was a football man - he was with BP FC)

What a kick by John Taylor aka Basil Brush <cheers>

I was there 6 years later when Bennett scored under the posts in front of me.

I remember driving back the following day with the 3 lads who I went with - I think you’d know them - and as we approached Monmouth on the dual carriageway the news reported that Peter Houseman - the former Chelsea wing had been killed in a car crash.

Two days earlier, little Johnny Morgan from Resolven - who had been in my class in the first year at Grammar School - had climbed onto the top of the railway carriage in Crewe and had been electrocuted .... That’s 44 years ago ....
