Not saying he will solve the issues but it's nice to have him back as an option so that we can rotate more and give other players a rest. He is one of the few players who can dribble past the opposition and progress the play. Here is some evidence ... please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Yeah you’ll defo piss it when he gets back then mate, that’s me sold. https://www.premierleague.com/players/12316/Naby-Keita/stats
Lol who said he was a vital cog? I said he's a good option to have to help freshen things up, give us something different and help to rotate the midfielders who are being overplayed. And he is a big player when it comes to helping the team to score goals. It's a bit weird when you have to lie to get your point across but then you dismiss stats lol.
Your original point was our strikers have given up... despite scoring more goals than united strikers and more as a % of our total goals. Makes perfect sense that one
worst title defence based on what though? We’re 4th, we’ve had a blip but let’s be real, not like we’re suddenly fighting relegation
Lots of shouts for us to play CBs at the back. That means Fabinho and Hendo go in midfield and only one of Wijnaldum, Jones, Thiago, Ox, Milner, Shaqiri and Keita for the remaining spot. Keita isn't even making the bench
That could happen, but I'd rather Keita over Ox, Milner or Shaq in CM ... and I would like Gini to have a rest, and Jones to rotate every now and again. Plus I doubt we see Fab back in midfield this season
I trust Klopp to sort this out We have been excellent over the past three seasons This was always coming eventually Wish we could all just calm down a bit Even if we miss out on top four it is not a disaster We have a lot of good players injured - so what Only utd can perhaps live on the same planet as City in terms of spending and depth of squad - we need to cut our cloth The right CBs may not have been available We have kept on playing Hendo and Fab in the back 4 instead of Phillips and or William’s Its not that hendo and fab aren’t doing an okay job but it is A)what we lose in midfield (ie cover for Trent and Robertson to allow them forward) B)what it says to those young men that we would rather play players out of position than give them a chance I think we should have played them a lot more than we have that’s all - even maybe release one of fab or hendo
Already called this ages ago. Find it quite astonishing that anyone expected something different yesterday tbh. Fabinho as been one of the best CBs in the league whilst filling in and we have an abundance of options at CM.
I trust Klopp (& FSG) and couldn't be calmer. **** happens. What will be will be. Only thing that's annoyed me recently are the self entitlement attitudes from some quarters.
No mate, what you actually said was; big player in terms of creating chances / scoring goals. Only he patently isn’t, as the stats clearly show, the ones you ignored, 50 appearances, 4 goals, 4 assists and 7 chances created. Big player my arse.
He really hasn’t though. He’s done a job there. To say he’s been one of the best in the league is pure Kopite hyperbole.
Yep no one said he was vital. Thanks for confirming. Judging a player based on G+A is what Fifa fans typically do. I thought you were a bit more knowledgable than that lol.
