    Well...
    mine is barring injuries

    Ingram
    Coyle Burke Greaves Elder

    Emmanuel Smallwood Doc honeyman
    Klp. Magennis
    4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1
Coyle deserves to be dropped tbh. Been poor last few games but were short and need to change it somewhere. could always play Crowley instead of klp as I think that is crowleys position tbh
Not honeymans position but the left is a problem and he will at least battle and stop them attacking down that flank.
    It won’t happen I know.
we need a reaction from Terry more so than the players. city 2-1

He's unlikely to drop Wilks after his stupid comments on Saturday.

If they review that game he was shocking I think he only passed to his own team once.

And that's been about his average for the last 4 games! If he's not being affected by personal issues as GM suggests, then it begs the question, what is affecting him? It would be kind to give the lad a rest, maybe come on firing all cylinders as a sub?

Tough one to call this. The players are likely to be down after Saturday and no-one trusts McCann's ability to motivate them. Wouldn't be surprised if Smallwood isn't fit and Lincoln will be up for it after a good result last Friday and the extra days rest.
    For me:
    Ingram
    Emmanuel Burke Greaves Elder
    Docherty Slater Honeyman
    Wilks Magennis KLP

For me we need a bit of a rethink .. the system isn't effective for what we have available .. we have two very creative players in Honeyman and Crowley .. so why not play to our strengths instead of trying to shoe horn them in. For me I'd go with something like

    Ingram

    Emmanuel Burke Greaves Elder

    Smallwood Doc Honeyman

Crowley (free role in behind the front 2)

KLP Wilks (you could as easy put Magennis in there tbf given neither have been particularly good lately but as we have no other options !)

We will have a natural width and attacking threat from the full backs and also have Crowley there to drop into a midfield 4 when we dont have possession.

All that being said I fully expect the stubborn one to stick with the same tired formation and selections and us getting turned over with ease by Lincoln.

You use the one from when it was postponed. See OWS for details.

No ... he has been playing Crowley out wide right .. which doesn't suit him .. even admitted in his last interview it didn't suit him playing him there !

To be fair Crowleys natural instinct is to drift to the middle hence why playing him wide right is always fruitless

Crowley has been all over the show, he’s had a free role. Well, that’s how he has played anyway, whether that was the plan or not is another matter I guess.

First 20 on Saturday he was hugging the right side like his life depended on it .. as such he was totally out of the game .. a footballers natural instinct having played in the middle of the park most of his career is to revert to what he knows. Daft lad wouldn't come out after the game and mention that playing wide right doesn't suit him if he had given him a free role !

If and looks likely Smallwood is out then is deputy Jones missing, Wilks been awful recently obviously his mind not in it, On Saturday he lost the ball virtually every time he got it, When on form he missed good chances makes bad decisions but is such a nuisance with his strength. With him on one wing and KLP the other we seemed to break quickly but not at the moment. Whyte who I like the look of missing, McGennis another who can hold the ball up well but at the moment seems to have gone off a bit. I don't know the state of mind of Wilks but I thought a front three of KLP, Wilks and Mcgennis looked decent ( when on form). Fitting Cowley in the right role without slowing our play down is so important, he is a good footballer without doubt , we just seen to have lost that intensity although that's properly down to the poor forwards form.
