Another player I had totally forgotten existed in the same vein is Florin Gardos. Since he left Saints nearly 6 years ago he has only played 31 games...I enjoy going down wiki wormholes looking up players I had completely forgotten about!

4-1 to Wolves, much like us before the 9-0 their results haven’t been great but they are playing well. The Arsenal win for them will have have given them a big boost and we are pretty fragile atm.

Unlike others, I thought Redmond played really well first half yesterday. He wasn't alone in going missing second half.

I agree, the sooner we get back to our best proven back four the better. KWP would be a massive boost if he plays.

 

Not normally but Bedders and Stephens both off the boil and the reports of Salisu in training have been impressive. Hopefully he can hit the ground running as Milamino did yesterday. Can understand why people wouldn’t agree though.

Now if Ralph thinks this lad is ready then great, but I’d have played him yesterday if that were the case.

 

Vesty was singing his praises saying he was comfortable on the ball and has a big future. The point about what Ralph thinks goes without saying but presumably it’s something he’s thinking about otherwise he would not have been on the bench yesterday.

 

Agreed. From everything we hear, the lad has a really big future, but it's not starting with this game for me.

 

I was going for an interview with a company in Slough a few years ago. Never been before, and didnt take up their offer of a 2nd interview.

 

Training and match are incredibly different though, especially up against a strong and physical side like Wolves.

I'm certainly not against him getting some game time. Just don't think this is the game to do it and would go with tried and tested.

 

Biggest game of the season by a mile. Despite recents events our strongest 11 could genuinely win the cup this season.

 

Dunno, he could be pointing the new arse he just tore for Adama Troare at the end of the game. But yeah, maybe not. I’m actually ambivalent for this with him, can see why he’d play, not arsed if he doesn’t. I’d be amazed if he was any worse than our 2 incumbents have been lately.
