One thing is for sure, he won't have got very much money for the speaker system in the SOL and the broken lift at the Academy. :emoticon-0105-wink: <laugh>

Moyes clearly didn't manage players and their recovery to the levels of Allardyce.

Just leave it at that, mate!

I don't know if I am excited, restless or bored with all this takeover/not takeover talk now.

A mate of mine worked for the firm who made the speaker system when the SoL was first built. He said it was top notch stuff. I remember Dance of the Knights used to make ears bleed back in the day. I guess it's lack of maintenance that's ****ed it.

Willis in for Flanno apparently. Must be injured in the warm up.

I can only assume they were worried about Willis's knee on the pitch once the rain kicks in.

Oh it will be down to lack of maintenance mate, the same as the lift. The money they spent on plant pots could have been used for the upkeep of both of these.

Sunday tomorrow, there's always a doom and gloom story of the takeover from the media.

It's getting silly now. By the time it gets announced we'll all be like "oh yeah, I forgot there was a takeover going on"... It will come as a nice surprise when it decides to happen

COOs are inward facing, we shouldn’t ever hear from him.

He reports to the CEO on operational stuff, of course you should, or at least via the equally silent CEO. Also the COO is quite fluid role and is dependant on what the CEO wants him to do. It’s not a criticism, but would be nice to know via one of them, the business plans. I know it’s early days
Although he probably hasn’t even started yet :emoticon-0100-smile

Might be similar to Lance Armstrong and his and other cyclists use of EPO. They would have blood taken out and stored. For the race they would be given EPO, then afterwards have their old blood put back. All done to trick the drug testers.

It's not happening is it? If I thought that my investment involved Johnson (david Brent) as manager I would pull out as well.
