Why the **** didn't we start playing earlier than the 70th minute?

 

Something has to change. Tactics, selection, manager. Any one will do.

 

Yeah, I think this is gonna be me for awhile. Even locked down there are more interesting things to do than watch this Spurs side.

There is absolutely no point in playing Vinicius with those tactics. Barely touched the ball and when he did he lost it.
Nobody else except Lamela was any better to be fair.
And but for another silly mistake we would still have got a draw as Chelsea weren't much good once we started pressing them.

 

And the same applies to whoever we're playing there at the moment. It's the tactics.

If we played in the first half as we did in the second half we might have had a chance. I cannot believe how we start a game as if we are a 3rd division side playing Bayern Munich. Talking of which maybe we still haven't recovered from the thrashing they gave us.

I'm sure Jose will tell us again that he didn't set up the side to play like they did in the first half, and that he thinks we deserved to win in the second half. I feel bad for him cos he probably believes it. He's gaslighting himself at this point, it's just sad. He's apparently unable to address a problem that he, himself, recognised months ago.

Three wingers, no protection for the defence and no attempt to get on the ball against Brighton? Ludicrous stuff.

We should've put Vinicius on against Liverpool when Kane got injured after about 25 minutes.
He's barely had any minutes for months and we're not getting the ball to him when he does play.
Missed a big chance at the end, but at least he managed to get a chance at all.

 

In the 20 matches from the summer restart onwards we got more than two points a match. The last ten matches we've only got half that.

 

Have to say Chelsea were poor tonight. They could have thrashed us on top form. As it is we should have equalised at the death.

 

Have to say chaps, I'd rather watch good football and lose 9-0 once a season than watch that ****e every week.

 

Their finishing was poor. They passed it around well and created enough chances.
Tuchel's just using Sarriball, though. Makes sense now, but I expect him to put more of his own spin on things over time.

This was always what was going to happen.

Mourinho was a ****ing ridiculous choice. If Levy doesn't sack him tonight, Lewis should sack them both.
